THE SESSION IS RESERVED ONLY AFTER THE CLIENT AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment: The gift certificate to book a photoshoot session is valid for up to 1 year, but is not refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations/ Refunds can be made up to 72 hours before the time of the session.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled shoot will incur a fee to cover non-refundable costs:

• Studio Rental: $55/hour, plus tax

• Preset & Cleanup: $120

These fees are due upon cancellation and are non-refundable.

Model Release: The payment by the client constitutes a commercial model release by the client and his or her representatives. Michal Minster Tal Photography will have the right to make reproductions, including but not limited to website, portfolio samples, self-promotion, magazine editorial use, advertisement/marketing, and professional competition, without further release. The client waives the right of the tort of invasion of privacy, as well as any compensation due to any reproductions.

Copyright and Usage:

Proof gallery: A full set of low-resolution, un-retouched, watermark-proof images (not to be reproduced or publicly shared) will be delivered via a password-protected online gallery available for 14 days after the session. The client will select images to be fully retouched for $25 per photo.

Final images: All final digital files will be delivered in high-resolution format via online download. Prints are available for purchase separately. The client is allowed to make copies, prints, and other reproductions for personal, non-commercial use and distribution. All files included in digital collections are protected under Federal copyright laws and are the sole property of Michal Minster Tal Photography. The client understands that the included images are for personal printing only and may not be cropped, altered or color-corrected in any way. Images may not be entered into contests or publications without the photographer's permission. Images may be posted to social media but must remain intact (no cropping, filters, or alterations allowed). All copyright laws still apply.

Liability: The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. The Client will be responsible for herself/himself and release the Photographer from any claims against their person or their business. The client will waive, disclaim, and release Michal Minster Tal Photography and its respective owners, members, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any and all actions, claims or demands that they may have now or in the future, whether known or unknown, against Michal Minster Tal Photography parties including without limitation those related to injury of persons, damage, loss or destruction of property arising out of or in connection with the session or any products related thereto.
